By accessing, enrolling in, purchasing, or using any Pro Actor services, programs, coaching, courses, digital products, or website content, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

Pro Actor provides acting education, coaching, mentorship, training programs, workshops, digital content, and related resources designed to support professional actors in their career development.
All services are educational and informational in nature and do not guarantee employment, auditions, bookings, or career outcomes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate in Pro Actor services unless written consent is provided by a parent or legal guardian.

3. Payments & Billing

  • All prices are listed in USD.

  • Payments must be made in full or according to the selected payment plan.

  • By enrolling in a payment plan, you authorize Pro Actor to automatically charge your selected payment method on the agreed schedule.

  • Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of access.

4. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated:

  • All sales are final.

  • No refunds are provided for missed sessions, partial participation, or unused services.

  • If a refund or guarantee is offered for a specific program, it will be clearly stated on the sales page and will override this section.

5. Coaching Disclaimer

Pro Actor does not guarantee:

  • Acting roles, auditions, callbacks, representation, or income

  • Career success or specific professional results

Results vary based on individual effort, experience, market conditions, and industry factors outside of Pro Actor’s control. You are responsible for your own career decisions.

6. Client Responsibility

By participating, you agree to:

  • Conduct yourself professionally and respectfully

  • Take full responsibility for your actions, decisions, and results

  • Understand that growth requires effort, practice, and consistency

Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the program without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Pro Actor—including videos, scripts, worksheets, recordings, frameworks, and written content—are the exclusive intellectual property of Pro Actor.

You may not:

  • Share, copy, distribute, resell, or reproduce content

  • Record sessions without written permission

  • Provide access to non-enrolled individuals

8. Confidentiality

Any personal information, coaching discussions, or shared experiences within Pro Actor programs must remain confidential.
Clients may not disclose private information about other participants or coaches.

9. Session Recordings

Live sessions may be recorded for educational purposes. By participating, you consent to being recorded.
Recordings remain the property of Pro Actor and may only be shared with enrolled members.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Pro Actor is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in any services.

  • Participation is at your own risk.

  • Pro Actor is not responsible for personal, financial, or career decisions made by clients.

11. Termination of Access

Pro Actor reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without refund if:

  • Terms are violated

  • Payments fail

  • Behavior is deemed harmful, unethical, or disruptive

12. Modifications

Pro Actor may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
